SJÖDALSPARKENS ELEMENTS
Sjödalsplarken is an urban park in Huddinge, located near the Centrum. It hosts various important events such as the Jazz Festival and markets and is also a popular everyday hangout spot. The project's main focus is bringing water to the surface.
One of the first projects I joined at LAND from its early stages. I designed various elements such as the entrance water canal, a new long sofa with a picnic furniture version, and lighted brick walls. The designs were inspired by the surrounding buildings and an existing old bench.
Entrance water canal
The water canal is the first feature of a group of elements that shows the water and makes it flow through the park. Because of its connector role with the centrum, it is the most architectural element of the water features.
